210x3 <-- two plates per side on my ghetto olympic bar! PR
Overall great workout again. the weight for the dips dropped because i have problem holding a dumbell with my big goofy feet. Dad rigged me up a belt out of a ratchet strap so i used the 22lb plate and increaseed my reps. Think next week im going to keep these weights for the assistance work but try for 10 reps on all sets.
My dad helped me with my bench form, brought my hands in just a little bit and really helped me get my feet under me. The 210 went up easy so can;t wait to smash it again on monday.
