Notes: I only did 3 exercises, but one of them was my latest invention which I call the Arnold Hammer! Curl n’ presses with a twist… a hammer curl into an Arnold press. I only have 20 lb dumbbells, which felt really light at first, but got much heavier as I went. Tomorrow I start work late so I am going to see about deadlifting before my shift, should be fun.
