Today's work out was nothing but crazy today.
started out with bb bench press and got warmed up
then did some band work

working up to 345 for 1&2 reps switching back and forth with my workout partner. I was hit hard ,the weight was crazy today. This was my first go with bands on the bench press to take weight off at the bottom end.we finished off dropping to 225 for 4-6 reps for a couple more sets.

Moved on to wide grip bent overT bar rows. the bar on the floor and a Tbar strapped to the bar old school style. weight was at the end of the bar for added weight. moved on to some incline flies with little 40 lbs dbs lol but for reps and ended up doing a circuit type of training doing leg lifts switching back and forth with the workout partner.

Followed by cable pulls wide grip front pulls to the chin.

by the end of a few sets I was toast

I had a very nice pump going on
