I changed the squats to the same as mondays rather then the 4 set of 5 with the 3rd and 4th sets as the same weight. I was lifting with my dad and wanted him to see what was going wrong with my form or my depth as these felt bad on monday. Anyway just squatted away and nothing went wrong and the weight felt way better, not so much on the lower back and felt it more in the legs.

Felt great lifting with my dad today. It was good to get the 45's on the overhead press and kept it strict too, no leg drive. Deadlifts were awesome. Was just going to increase all my sets by 11 pounds but on the last set my dad put the bar up on the pins and tossed on another plate. Repped these out and felt strong cant wait to smash these again next wednesday.
Overall excellent workout would have to give it an A+. Love working out with my dad. Keeps me on track with resting and its just getting down to work when he is out there. Got a long way to go to catch him on strength but I'm gonna give it a go.
