I'm enjoying a glazed doughnut and a quart of chocolate milk at this very moment. It's a little something I like to call "Post Workout big val style."

Work went a bit longer than I had anticipated. I was planning on an 11:00 or 12:00 exit, but as it turned out I was in until 1:30. Oh well, mama's gotta love the O.T. Not too many folks are getting any.
