Nothing really to see here today. Just did the deload for the military press & bench press:

Press (Warmup): 45/5 45/5 45/5
Press (5@40%): 80/5

So the only excitement today was that I nudged my grip out by a finger's width to the forefingers just barely touching the rings. This is going to take some getting used to, but I definitely felt it in the pecs a bit more today. I'll try this for this cycle and see where it gets me. I felt really good after the workout and went off in search of a PL-friendly gym I heard rumors of in the McKinney area. Unfortunately either it's not really there or my directions are off. I'll look again later after doing some more research.
