I was having issues with my hamstrings cramping. Being stable has been an issue for me, I need a wider base. Everytime I move my feet out though, I get nasty sharp pains in the hips and hams. Any suggestions on how to fix that?
Didn't feel like I miss grooved the chest rep, just didn't have enough lock out strength at that point. I really need more board work, but run into the spotter issues.
Feel free to share the video with anyone who might be able to point out any issues I might have going wrong.
I think 700 will be my 3rd attempt at Nationals in a month.
