My kind is usually focused on one of 2 things.

1) One more rep. I am completely obsessed with progression and it's what I think about 90% of the time.

2) The other 10% I am generally obsessive about doing things that are supposedly incorrect...like building big arms without bicep moves. I know this sounds strange, but I like to yell at doubters in between sets. I really have a deep-seated distaste for OCD beliefs, for better or worse, and it often consumes me when training.
