Yesterday was my last training session...I squatted with some reverse bands, just to feel the weight, speed, and have a slight deload into the meet heres how it went:
added briefs (I wear TIGHT 3 ply briefs and a loose suit, I found this works best to my strengths)
510x1 straps down...(SMOKED IT! I will try to post a video as soon as my training partner emails it to me, I wont lie, it even surprised me LOL)
605 (around my opener probably) x1 straps up and wraps (EASY)
DONE.....I now its just cutting the weight, putting it back on, and keeping the mindset of being a champion....PUMPED for the meet! I'll update sometime this week on weight loss.
