5/3/1 RELOADED CYCLE 8 WEEK 1 DEADLIFT
Fuk, I love to deadlift - more than anything else. Every ounce of me went into today's session. As much as I give all my sessions everything I got, I always manage to dig deeper on deadlift day. Week 1 of this cycle 8 has been my best lifting ever. I'm also the happiest I have ever been in a long, long time. This is all unfinished business that I started 25 years ago - and I'm far from finished yet.

I got tired of looking at small plates while doing these - so on went 2 25lb plates. Mrs Squatter measured my bi's today and they are almost 17 inches!!
