This is a personal review of The Complete Guide to Kettlebell Lifting by Steve Cotter.
The 253 page book comes with a DVD which covers all the exercises in the book. The book itself is very high quality paper and from page 12 onwards, right up to page 253, every page has from around 4 to 6 high quality photos of the exercises being done one step at a time. Most exercises are covered on a page to view scenario with some taking as many as 4 pages, generally 1 -2 though. A total of 191 exercises.
Some exercise names:
1 arm 1 leg press: ipsilateral raise
Alternating seated snatch

The book sections exercises according to body part/muscle grouping, and also has an advanced section in which there is no specific muscle grouping given for the exercise in question.
An excellent book, with tips along the way, the minor things that make the difference to the lift.
