I pulled my deadlift opener and second...last session for deads....500 went easy....I did it for 3 reps easy (I usually like to be able to triple my deadlift opener and make big jumps bc the LAST thing you want is to BOMB on deads LOL). I took 550 for an easy double off 4 inch mats...I did this also in full gear....I feel good about my deads....bodyweight is at 160-165 depending on how much water i take in....doing bench opener thurs.
