This is one way to get some "hard" cardio in if you end up injuring a calf or thigh muscle and can't run/jog.

"I strained my hamstring maxing out on the deadlift about 3 days ago. Kettlebell swings and snatches are out for a for a few weeks since this places a balistic stretch on your hamstrings. So, I switched to a seated snatch until this thing heals. This way I can still get some snatch work in and let this heal at the same time. When there's a will there's a way!"
