155x5x3 legs were crazy sore from sprinting in baseball the other day, took it easy on my legs today

Bench-
140x5x3 hit all the reps with great form, plus 5 lbs next week

Rows-
100x10/10/7

BTN Press-
80x8x3

pretty good workout, pretty hectic schedule with finals coming up next week so i'll try to squeeze in workouts when i can
