A lot of great advice in here already. I am a natural and plan to stay that way but all of the people I know who do juice would tell you to get as close to your natural potential as possible before even thinking about getting on the gear. You need to take the time to learn about proper training and nutrition and to learn what works for you and what doesn't.

If you stick around here and commit to training, you will go a long way.
