oK ALL so I secided i would go ahead and start logging workouts . Som may seem odd and some might seem weak,But I dont care lol. I have a slight injury to my leg ATM so my squats and legpress are on hold till I feel well enough to start back up. Alot of you may know me by the name LLLLERN.

I had a hard day on Wednesday I have a sore or injured quad and could not do any squats or leg presses. So I just beat the shit out of my hamstrings and calfs and finished of with abs. My hams were pumped so bad I could hardly do leg lifts for my abs
