Squat 5x5 - 295 lb
Over Head Press 5x5 - 125 lb
Deadlift 1x5 - 275 lb (did 3 warm-up sets 135/185/225)
Pull-ups - 8x3 went from a dead hang. I surprised myself that I could complete all sets
Prone Bridges - 3x30sec
first day taking the LG BC+EAA before workout as well as the krealkalyn, one in the morning and one before I worked out...but overall felt good today...be back at in on Saturday
what do some of you use for pre-workout? if any.
