Bench Dips- 2x8x45
I was going for 195 on deads today and i started my warmups wayy higher than usual. i started at 135 which was so stupid cause when i hit my first work set my hamstrings weren't warmed up yet and they were hurting so i stopped after the second rep as to not injure myself. i'll go for 195 on sunday...
with pullups i decided i'm doing three sets of 4 today then gonna add reps every week so i can progress on those too instead of just doing as many as i can.
real happy about the MP PR though, and next week i'll move it up by 5
