Arm day: Nice easy workout
Did a big superset of 3x12 sitting zotmen curls, standing one arm isolation curls, and kneeling cable crunches.
Was able to get a nice little pump, and some core work.
Cooked on the grill tonight, made 3 chicken burgers, and 8 chicken legs. Ate 1 burger, and 4 legs. Saving the rest for tomorrow.
Best meet lifts: 1040squat, 730 bench, 730 deadlift
Best total: 1040-680-730=2450
