It's been a rough past few days with the feeling of having a load of concrete in my chest. Today was a bit better as the concrete has yielded to a chest full of gravel!!

Squats:
395x 4 sets of 1 rep(belt only)

Strict Bent Over Rows:
200x4 sets of 1 rep

Stiff legged Deads:
370x4 sets of 1 rep..
