Finally got back into the gym today..it's been some time off for me and i think i'm still digesting the turkey..
Squat (parallel box) 5x5 @ 285
Bench Press 3x5 @ 245 then 2x5 @ 235 *think i went too heavy on these
Hang Cleans 5x5 @ 135 *getting tired by now
Cable Seated Row 5x5 @ 210
Overall it felt good to be back in the gym but mentally i didn't feel i was fully there.
