Alright, put off being back in the gym long enough. Did some nice easy incline dumbell work and abs.

incline dumbells
1x50@60lbs
1x30@60lbs
1x10@ 60lbs deep streach

Roman Chair situps 2x10
Crunches 2x20.

Just enough to get a pump.
