Today had Muay Thai training . Im feeling lighter on my feet, weather thats from the new routine or me just getting better at moving I'm not sure, but as long as I'm no getting slower im happy .

Thought I would do a picture of me, this is under a week old. Sorry about the colour of my wife beater (Australian slang for the sleeveless tshirt thing). I still have a long way to go though . Also I am computer noob so I have no idea how to make it smaller
