Went and did some quick core work and a little sprint.

About 10 sets of crunches/leg raises/core twists etc. Im doing something wrong here, my core isn't killing me..

Then did a 1k semi-sprint in like 3 minutes cause i was bored.

Have soccer training (roughly an hour of interval HiT) soon.

Legs and shoulders tomorrow!
