The front squats with the back upright have a lot of carryover to the Oly lifts, they are done 2 times a week.

I do the lower bar back squat with a stance about shoulder width (so not as wide as powerlifters go i dont think?), but also learning forward more to engage more muscles. That means you can squat more, but this sort of squat has less carryover to the Oly lifts. If you did the back squat with the bar higher up on the shoulders, and kept yourself upright more, it would have a lot more carryover though. But for me it came down to personal preference really and just changing the emphasis a bit as well.
