Default Chest & Biceps 11/4/11

I had a great weekend, i drank 4 nights in a row but it was fantastic. one of the best weekends iv had in a long time.

Back onto training today.

Bench Press - 110kgx8, 110kgx6, 110kgx6 Very proud of myself!
Incline DB press - 38kgx9, 38kgx6, 38kgx6. Smashed myself to failure.
DB press - 40kgx6, 40kgx5 SS with 30kgx7. Now working through fatigue
Pec Deck - 103kgx10, 110kgx7 SS with 96kgx5/82kgx3/68kgx3/54kgx5.

Close grip BB curls - 35kgx12/10/8+2. Major pump/burn
Wide grip BB curls - 35kgx9/8/6+1 Arms burning majorly!!



Good session today, woke up really happy after a great weekend out with my mates. Had a soccer squad day out yesterday which consisted of us all (about 30) drinking from 11am till 12pm. Was hectic fun, boys are great fun to hang with.

Bench press felt really strong, loved it and finally getting 110kg out for some good reps!!

My chest was fried after the incline presses, pushed through fatigue on the flat DB and pec deck work and was really happy with myself.

Bicep work was hectic, felt great and had a major pump going!

Finished it off with a 1k run.

Only took about an hour overall since it reduced my rest times on everything except Bench press (major lift). Liked it, more intensity.
