I came across this by complete accident whilst searching youtube vids for something totally unrelated
I decided to put this here because most of the workouts can also be done using a KB due to the similar nature of the bag. It's kind of like a sandbag as well.
It may be useful to some in strongman, or for shoulder flexibilty for snatch work etc, and most of all you can make your own relatively cheap and get a great cardio session with it.
