Ehubbs barely deadlifts compared to the other lifts he does and he pulls well over 700.Think he is on to something.

I been trying dead-lifting 2x a week, deadlift 1x a week but honestly if the deadlifts are heavy it should be every 10days to 2weeks. Once the technique is down pact its just load the bar when you feel good and SFW!
