I have been reading a lot about old time strongmen like Hepburn and Anderson, and their training approach has challenged my thinking to the point where I wanted to try a non-split routine once before I die.
I am a "firsthand experience" junkie. I hate talking about things I've never tried.
When you do a lot of full body work, you then figure out why you need 3-4 days of rest and shouldn't train more then 4 lol. Give it HELL MaB!!!
