Great job Steve! It is an awesome dieting method for sure, I was loving it! I lost about 12lbs while doing it as well, all while maintaining muscle mass and never had any cravings. The "flatness" of the diet kinda sucked sometimes, but a good re-feed on the weekends helped that. Now its back to contest prep methods, but when the offseason comes around I'm actually going to try and bulk using a Paleo method, see how that works (if at all)
