When I tried BB Hack squats, I kept hitting the back of my legs or butt and got sick of it, so I dropped them eventually; other than that they were pretty good. I may have encountered the problem I did because I was using smaller diameter weight plates, who knows.

But, reading your log has reminded me that there was a version I saw with KBs so I might see how they fare, since they really hit the quads which I enjoyed.
