135x5/5 w/u 225x5 315x5 405x3 ~The 405 stressed the shoulder a bit.

BB Hack Squats
135x5 225x5 315x4 ~First time doing these, felt odd but good....

Leg Extensions
180x10 225x10

RDLs

Leg Curls

Standing Calf Raises
180x10/10/10

Seated Calf Raises
140x10/10

Body weight down to 305, I was for sure it would have been 320 after last weeks "lack of diet".

Shoulder a little tight, not painful though.
