Steve, I really like this plan, kind of reminds me of how I have structured my Block Periodization workout. Which has worked well for me, but it was not enough volume and you have addressed that issue.

I think this looks great, and is definitely a full body approach. Squats and bench works your entire body, so do deads and OHP. Looking forward to the progression.
