Wasn't my best effort. Being on the road the past month, despite a few monster workouts, has left me with:

--A sketchy right calf.
--A right collar bone that feels out of whack.
--A very sore left knee.
--A weak lower back (from living in a car).
--Fatigue, from lack of sleep.

I didn't feel like lifting this week, but I finally sucked it up today and did work. My hamstrings felt unusually weak, and will be sore tomorrow. They are already sore.

I skipped trap work because of my tender collarbone.
