They are awesome. I'm loving them.
Back squats lost some of its allure to me, but front squats....wow.
Even though I'm trying to move up on the weights, I'm really liking them.
I can really feel it work my core which is an added plus.
My favorite lift are deadlifts, but front squats are making a quick move on them.
Anyways, this post has no point except for how awesome front squats are.
