So, weight is down 1/2 lb from last week and 1 lb total for this 2 week maintenance period. Waist is no change. I'm very happy with this as it gives me a clear direction in what I have to do for my cut. It is clear I'm already in a calorie deficit where I will lose 1/2 lb per week. I would like to lose about 1-1.5 lbs per week. Having no seconds at dinner time should do the trick!!! My diet does not have to be modified at all.

Heavy week 3 for cycle 6 on tap. Push Press tomorrow - money set is 162.5 X1. I'm already looking forward to it.
