All sets were really good solid shrugs - not full ROM of course, but way more than just movement, so I'm really pleased. The last set was unreal - I could have got 30 or more, and they were almost full ROM

It was funny looking at my bar with just 70 lbs loaded on it after having 515 on it just moments before. The 70 lbs seemed like nothing.

I have decided to move deadlift day to Saturdays from now on. It's just becoming too much to deadlift heavy the day after doing heavy Pendlays and 30+ Chins. I know for a fact if I was fresher, I could have done 9 reps at 395 for my money set.
