Jim, are you noticing any compromise from deads doing back the day before?
Thanks Seth Funny you should ask. There was something not quite right with my deads this AM. Cannot put my finger on it, but I'm thinking it is because of my back work the day before. Before this new assistance routine, I was still doing pendlays on thursdays, but they were a helluva lot lighter and I wasn't doing 25+ chins. I'm going to move deadlift day to Saturday AM to give my back some rest.
