That's a Keto macro set. I did this a while back with pretty good success. I also failed to eat enough of the right fats, so I had to quit and eat regular carbs during the week. But I leaned out pretty well after a few weeks, will probably use this as a base for my IF diet run in a few weeks, just in time for Spring and runnign season. Blech, running. But it has to be done. Nothing burns fat better than running a few miles, followed by 5-10 minutes of sprints...
