Thanks for that advice Steve.
As for Squatter, my basic workouts will include these:
Warm up with 1x20 Front Squats
Squats - Back/Front/Box
DB Bench Press
DB Bent Row
DB Military Press/BB OHP
Varying from 5x5, 5x3, 4x6, and 3x5.
As for the days, I have yet to figure that out.
It'll be lifted in a progressive style.
