What's your fat intake like? What percentage of your overall calories are coming from fat? There's a strong chance you are undereating fat, relying too heavily on protein, and your body wants you to feed and won't let you sleep properly.

I have been doing Paleo-style for 2+ weeks and as long as my fats are 50-60%+ I sleep great and am rarely hungry, or rarely have cravings.
