I was so excited about my squat depth with 330 lbs. I've been working extra hard nailing down my squat form since watching so you think you can squat 500 times. The 1.25 squats are paying off already. The biggest thing I did today was bringing my squat stance in just a bit and distributing my weight properly on my feet and bingo - everything clicked. As the weights keep rising as the cycles roll on, it is imperative that i get my technique down to help avoid injuries. I am injury free (have been all my life except for that forearm issue last year) and I want to do everything I can to make sure I stay that way. This combined with my Volume-itis cured should keep me healthy. It's been on my mind of late due to the rash of injuries happening around here.
