Military Press- 3x5x100 PR
Pull-ups- 3x6xBW PR
Bench Dips- 2x8x35
So my previous deadlift PR was 1x4x185 so i crapped on that so hopefully next week i'll hit 3x5x195
military press is going strong going for 105 next week
like i said before i'm hoping to add reps to my pull ups...
and for bench dips i'll use a 45 lb plate next workout
