Never have before. My forearm is throbbing a little from my back being tight after Sunday's pullfest. I have been rolling it with the foam and a hockey ball and have iced the forearm and taken some Ibu. Prevention is better than cure. If I can keep the back loose, I'll be good to go. My ideal would be to get through this 5 week cycle without any major issues then have the physio beat the crap out of my back again on deload week before I start to abuse my body again. I am constantly in pain from training but that's just something to get used to. The trick is to know which pains are normal and fine and which ones you have to be careful of!
