Practical Kettlebell Training Volume 1
A 2-set DVD on kettlebell training. The first disc encompasses aspects such as the clean, the press, the jerk as well as stretching and warming up.
The second disc covers a variety of workouts which range from 5 minutes to 20 minutes and will permit a great session in a short time.

The thing I really like about the DVD set is that they use a split screen format so that you see the exercise being performed both from the side and the front simultaneously all the way through along with the running commentary; I find that particularly helpful.
There’s only so much that can be learned from youtube and the DVDs are a great addition if you cannot get to an instructor, or simply wish to teach yourself in your own time.
