WEIGH IN

Last week - 97.5kg's
This week - 94.75kg's

Will I had noticed that I was less bloated and looking less fat. Good times Strength is up massively and fatness is down. Going to up the cal's and carb's a bit this week and try to gently bulk my way up to the high 90's.

Rest day today and my upper back and whole posterior chain is aching from yesterday's session. Speed bench tomorrow.
