Well Al, you are my deadlifting inspiration and always will be. Your tenacity to improve all facets of your lifting is contagious. I'm positive you will get your issue with the hip sorted out over time. Your grip strength is outstanding. Total gratz on the PB of 190kg's. It would be sweet if you could pull the same on both conventional and sumo.
