Awesome workout again buddy

I will study the deadlift video and compare my form with it, should hopefully give me some good pointers, hopefully i cant get my form a little closer to where it need to be, before we train

You seem to be getting stronger quickly at the minute, like it had slowed a bit but now the progression is shooting forward again.... must be all the food.

Who'd have thought it food = strength
