Good session, although i had to mess around with weights as today must have been 'national curling idiot day' the gym has 5 benches all in a line facing the mirrors and everyone was being used by people curling and benching, they all had about 3 lots of DB's each andall had ****ty form I had to up the weights a bit on the first set, but lowered reps so that it didnt wipe me out and kept the feel of the set the same (first set fairly easy, second harder, but not too hard and third as work)....

Squats felt good so upped a couple of reps in the second set and Deadlifts felt good straight after squats, im really enjoying that combo on the last session.

Deads were OK, I really wanted 5 reps but it was only 4, but thats still the highest number of reps i have done for anything over 135kg so fairly happy. I mananged an extra rep in the pull ups, in fact i think icould have got an extra one inthe first set too, but didnt go for it

Presses felt strong and so did bench. With the curls i swapped to BB as all the DB's were being used by the afore mentioned idiots, but i really liked it, so may stick with it from now on. Definitely felt it more in my arms than i have before. Dips were solid and still managed all 50 reps in 4 sets with only 30-40 second breaks

I held steady on abs and Calves as my core takes a battering on session 3 with the squat/dead combo and lower back felt fairly pumped...

Total workout time 1 hour 5 mins, Grade B+ today
