LIME squat day
350x4x4 fuuuuuckkkkk. I took like 15 minutes between one of the sets I couldn't walk from the muscle spasms in my arse.
Worst workout this year. I felt like garbage, got 4 hours of sleep, and the pain that 350 sets initiated made this horrible. I wanted to RDL's but I could hardly stand up for 5 minutes after my sets. Not a good start to my cycle.
